大隐茶作的价值,首先来自人。许有进从鹿谷制茶家族走来,父辈特等奖让他从小理解何谓评鉴标准;后来受新西兰 Zealong Tea 团队邀请赴当地制茶,在十年异地风土、工厂节奏与国际团队协作中,将台湾制茶经验重新打磨成更稳定的判断力。
DaYin begins with the maker. Xu You-Jin came from a Lugu tea-making family, inherited the seriousness of a Special Prize lineage, and was later invited by the Zealong Tea team to make tea in New Zealand, where ten years of another terroir, factory discipline and international collaboration sharpened his judgment.
因此,大隐不是用大量茶款制造热闹,而是把经历过世界风土的工艺收束回台湾合欢山。留下来的每一款茶,都必须回答三个问题:原料是否稀缺,工艺是否稳定,是否值得被端上重要关系之间的茶席。
DaYin does not create noise through endless SKUs. It returns world-refined craft to Hehuan Mountain and keeps only teas that answer three questions: Is the leaf rare enough? Is the craft stable enough? Is the cup worthy of important relationships?

制茶真正昂贵的地方,不是步骤名称,而是能在湿度、温度、香气与叶片状态之间做出取舍。新西兰十年让许有进把台湾工艺放进国际团队的秩序里检验,再把稳定性带回合欢山茶园。
The costly part of tea-making is not the name of each step, but the judgment between humidity, temperature, aroma and leaf condition. A decade in New Zealand tested Taiwanese craft inside an international production order, then returned that stability to Hehuan Mountain.
